#1 Do you already own sugar gliders? If so, how many? If not and you are getting a single glider do you have a friend lined up for them?

#2 Which approved diet do you feed or plan to?

#3 Do you have a picture of the cage? What are the minimum cage requirements?

#4 How long do sugar gliders live?

#5 Can you list some toxic foods for a sugar glider?

#6 Please list how to do introductions.

 #7 Do you own other types of pets? If so what do you own?

#8 What do you plan to do with your gliders if you need to travel? Do you know anyone who could care for them if you had to be away?

#9 Are you over 18?

#10 Do you smoke inside your home?

#11 Where did you learn about Sugar Gliders?

#12 Do you have an hour or more a day to spend bonding with your glider?
